Scaruso's Thai Soup Recipe

scaruso's thai soup

Ingredients
15 ounces chicken broth
8 ounces water
4 kaffir lime leaves
1 tbsp ginger
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 scallions
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp cilantro
8 ounces chicken breast, sliced very thin
2 ounces rice noodles
Directions
simmer chili, ginger, lime leaves, and lemongrass, if you have it, in broth and water, 15 min. Add fish sauce, sugar, chicken veggies and noodles, simmer 5 min, until chicken and noodles are done. Drizzle over lime juice and cilantro.
