schedual and committments
when will you go? what is your plan? does making the plan before hand help you stick to it? how did it go?
(meant to be a forum for motivation)
i am going tonight to the adult practice i think... even though my arm is still a bit sore. gym tuesday, gym wednesday, begginner/kid's class thursday, OFF friday, we'll see saturday (i want to go, but if hubbie is working, i will need to take the girl to gymnastics instead)
there's my plan... and i'm sticking to it (unless i go to the gym tonight if my arm still sees sore)
I'm planning double classes on T/Th this week and single classes MWF since I'm going to try a weight lifting workout. Often just putting my classes down on my calendar helps me to go, but I do tend to have the occasional off day where any excuse will make me skip.
