GET INVOLVED!!!  Each Sunday we will be presenting a mini-challenge for all participants to take part in. You might have to post your favorite snack under 100 calories or tell everyone the nicest compliment you have recieved so far.  Message me with your ideas and recieve honorable mention as the week's BIGGEST SCHMOOZER!

This group is all about keeping that postitive attitude throughout your journey. It doesn't matter if you are just starting out or are maintaining, everyone needs someone to lean on now and then. So SCHMOOZE & LOSE with your friends and stay motivated!

WHAT TO EXPECT (GUIDELINES):

  1. This is a 10 week motivational group. If you feel you cannot endure the full 10 weeks, message me and let me know I don't hound you.
  2. You must post a Start and Finish weight. If you're not up to posting your weight on certain weeks, that's fine. This is all about staying motivated. 
  3. Mini-challenges will be posted on Sunday. We hope that everyone will take part, but if you don't, there is no pressure. We're here to support you on this journey.
  4. Feel free to use this group as a place to express yourself -  fears, frustrations, worries, goals, triumphs, successes. We are here to support and motivate one another, whether you're doing great or stuggling.

Well I guess I'm the first one to sign up. You had to know I was in.  The last one went by soooo fast, couldn't believe it. I have to have this in order to keep motivated and on track. It has helped so much and love to hear what others are doing in order to help with weight loss. Can't wait to start.

I'm back in.  The last 10 weeks have just flown by! I've loved learning everyone's tips for losing weight.

I'll post my starting weight after my weigh in tomorrow. Hoping for another pound or two down this week!

I'm in!  I'm new to the site, just started last week.  I would love a little support.  I had a beautiful baby girl four months ago.  I gained about 58 pounds during my pregnancy.  The first 33 pounds of water/baby weight came right off, but then I was stuck.  I am ready to get my body back!  I was sort of ignoring it, but it really hit home when I recently saw a picture of myself!  OUCH!  But, it's given me the push I needed to start eating right.  With a baby and working full time it's really hard for me to work out, but eating right and counting calories is helping already.  Thanks!

I am a newbie who needs to lose 5lbs! 

I work alllll day at a computer and when there are deadlines, I end up relying on caffeine and snacking to stay awake.  I need to start some new habits and get back to the gym, pool, and great outdoors.
