Okay.. new survey, last one didn't get me the inofrmation that I needed. Okay.. here is the new survery, please answer... help me on my school project.. thank you!

1. Do you exercise regularly?
Yes! :) As many days as I can!

2. Do you run regularly?
I don't necessarily run, rather I use a machine that simulates running but has a much lower impact on my knees.

3. Have you ever been injured while running?
Not seriously...I might have fallen and scraped my knee up once or twice.

4. Have you been running for over 3 years?
I wish...then I might not be on this website... No, I've probably been "running" for about seven months...

5. Are you ever worried about getting hurt by someone else while running? (i.e. getting hit by a car, kidnapped..etc.)
Only near busy intersections, but I get that while walking across the street too!

1. Do you exercise regularly? Yes, every Sunday, Wednesday & Friday

2. Do you run regularly? Nope - never.

1. Do you exercise regularly? yes, I exercise 3-5 times a week.

2. Do you run regularly? Yes, I run 3-5 times a week.

3. Have you ever been injured while running? I have never been permanently injured by running. Of course, sometimes I forget to stretch out so my calves or thighs will hurt the next couple of days.

4. Have you been running for over 3 years? No, I have only been running for about a year.

5. Are you ever worried about getting hurt by someone else while running? (i.e. getting hit by a car, kidnapped..etc.) Sometimes I get worried about where I run, but I think as long as I stay in a safe environment I will be okay.

I don't run, but I'm an avid walker. I used to run, but it killed my knees

Can you say shin splints? They're excruciating! one of the reasons I quit running

I used to run a mile or more in gym class every day for 2 years.

When I'm walking, I constantly worry about getting hurt/violated. I'm more worried about being raped, though, or shoved into the back of a van.

2. Do you run regularly? Used to, until a got shin splints/stress fractures in my shins. then started again and got a stress fracture in my foot. just now starting again lol

Well I'll admit that I'm sometimes paranoid if I'm running by myself about someone kidnapping me or something, ridiculous as it is. But what's more annoying is that due to stray dogs I don't feel safe running after dark in my area!

Again, every single day. I'm doing soccer now, but when I go back to cross country, it turns hard core.

ha, who on my team hasn't? I've had knee problems, pulled/torn muscles, shin splints and stress fractures (that took me out for 6 months, which is how i developed my ED)

not really...I usually run on public streets or with my teammates

        Depends on your definition...I had to stop running for a while because of knee issues from too much impact when i ran on concrete...now i run on a trail

        Recently started back after about a 5 year break =)

        When I'm busy and can't run until after dark, but I carry my mace with me - we've had a lot of crime lately around campus so I'm super careful.  I'm very conscious of my surroundings.

Yes, I aim for 6 days a week sometimes its less.

Yes, I try to do 6 miles a day.

Yes, my foot split open and bled a lot, I didn't notice till it soaked through my shoe.

On and off, yes.

No, I rarely run outside.

Yes - I work out about 5 or 6 times a week for an hour to two hours.

Yes - mostly for soccer and lacrosse, but when I'm training I alternate distance, time, and speed.

Yes - Arch pain, shin splits, calf pain, burns/scarpes from falling, I've pulled each one of my quads, and I've lost count of how many blisters I've gotten.

Not yet - I started running everyday about 2 years ago.

Sometimes I get a little nervous, but I live in a relatively safe neighborhood and as long as I'm alert I know I'll be fine.

Yes, 4-5 times a week at the gym, plus all the walking around my (very hilly) college campus.

I just started training for a half-marathon, a couple weeks ago.  So I'm starting to!

I'm currently sitting at my desk, in a lot of pain, with a doctor's appointment scheduled for tomorrow.  I'd consider that a yes.  ;)  First, my lower back (tailbone) hurt really badly after running (I'm assuming as a result of an old injury from about 10 years ago), but right now, it's my knee that is absoultely killing me!  I'm really nervous about what the doctor will say-- if he makes me take a break from running, I might seriously cry.  I've only beeing running for a few weeks, but I already love it to death.

Nope; just a few weeks.  I've been going to the gym regularly to exercise (elliptical) for about 4-5 years, though.

Can't say I am.  The only time I'm wary of cars is when I'm crossing the streets around campus!

3. Have you ever been injured while running? Yes, which is wy I don't do it often. "SHIN SPLNITS!"

5. Are you ever worried about getting hurt by someone else while running? (i.e. getting hit by a car, kidnapped..etc.)  No, because If I do, it's at a gym on a treadmill. If I were to go outside I'd be afraid of getting robbed/kidnaped etc.
