Scrambled Egg Muffins Recipe

Breakfast muffins

Ingredients
1/4 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in sausage and cheese. Divide evenly into 6-muffin pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
