Hello gals! I had a great day yesterday. I drank my water (and then some), exercised and ate 1480 calories which is so much closer to my goal of 1350 than Wednesday's grand total of 4000!!!!
2kc . . . glad you found us. I went to the drug store today to weigh and i'm down 4 lbs but I know most of that is from my faulty scale at home. Either way it's nice to see a little bit of progress. Yesterday was a BAD day for me. I got an "F" and went over my limit. I've got to learn how to maintain and trim my portions when I'm in a meeting situation where I have no choices on my food.
Anyway, enough about me. How does everyone else feel? I know Marnie had a great day yesterday.
I feel I'm doing pretty well today...I love being able to see everyone!! It really is nice to see everyone!!
I have re-adjusted my calories again...I thhink I am not eating enough for my weight to be able to loose any, so I have given myself permission to eat 2000 calories a day, as long as the majority is healthy stuff and we will see if that helps me loose a little...
Sarah - 2kc had some questions posted on the scs flybabie thread. Can you look and see if you know the answers?
Just for the record. . . 20 minutes of pilates only burns 91 calories which is the same as cleaning house for 30 minutes. . . I'm bummed.
I keep forgetting to check this thread, too! I love seeing everyones pics as well and that is cool we're all brunettes. :)
I had a horrible day today healthy wise so I'm not even going to go there. I am fixing to plug in my stats and see what my grade is. I haven't begun to log my workouts, just the eating. Baby steps!
I'm a redhead.........close to brunette!!! ;)

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
