Searching Tagged Items

I have a lot of tagged foods and even though they're in alphabetical order, it's hard to search through them all to find what I'm looking for. It would be great if in the pull-down menu next to the search bar there was a "tagged items" option. I know this is a problem for other people as well, but I didn't want to revive a dead topic to make my suggestion.
