11 oz Sushi, Tuna, Fresh, Yellowfin
1/2 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
2 serving Olive Oil
1 tsp Peppercorns

Recipe Directions for Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Melt the butter with olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they are soft and start to pop (about 5min). Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, 1 1/2 min per side for rare.
