Recipe Ingredients for Seasoned Turkey Burgers

10 ounces, cooked per recipe, from 1 pound freshly ground turkey breast (5220)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (91739) or Tamari
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced parsley

Recipe Directions for Seasoned Turkey Burgers

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  3. Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil. Broil 6" from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Burgers will turn whitish when cooked.
