I've continued to consume 1400-1500 calories a little more when i feel burned out. If you remember my first week dieting i lost 5 lbs. This week i lost right about the same :-D.... So i've gone from 270 to 260 in just 2 weeks. I am so proud of myself this is the first diet i've ever gone on. (really i just made up the diet from stuff on the internet) I EAT A LOT OF SUBWAY LOL.... every day for lunch 6 inch sub just roast beef and provolone cheese. For dinner i have been eating varieties of baked chicken breast boneless skinless low fat. I never thought it would be so easy... I just have to remember eat slow and to stop eating when i'm not hungry.

Sounds like you are doing great. So subway really helps people lose weight? I am absolutely going there instead of other fast food places. I thouhgt the commercials were just trying to get business but if it is working for you than maybe it will work for me.
I actualy met Jared the subway guy about 2 years ago, and he looks NOTHING like on T.V. He has all this loose skin on his arms, and stomach. But hey, at least he is skinny(sorta) and healthy!
