Hi hope somebody can help me. My activity level I list is light active as I walk 2 miles a day and chase a 3 year old around all day. So I am up and down a lot during the day. All day my life is this way. If I sit down it may be 20 minutes tops before I am needed by someone. So up I go, so I don't consider myself sedentary. I figure I am light activity, but if I list as light then do I also list my walking seperately also? Or is that just figured into the light activity and I should not list it any where???  thanks linda

I would go sedentary and then  log all my activity for a week or so.. that would give you a good idea of your expenditure and then you can change the level if you find activity logging a chore...

good luck
I do the same as neversaydiekai. I walk to and from work every day (about 3 miles round trip) and different trips around the office. I work out 6 days a week too. On my activity level, I list sedentary, because I have a desk job, but then log ALL my activities (anything over walking 5 minutes). I figure this was I'm looking at the LOWEST possible amount I burned that day, instead of over-estimating, and not burning as many as I thought.
