5.) What is Your daily/weekly exercise? I exercise 6 days a week - mostly treadmill, elliptical, and strength training at the gym.  Also, some circuit training and running outdoors when possible.

6.) About How many calories do you eat a day?  average ~1850 or so - sometimes as low as 1600 or as high as 2500

7.) What is the most you've lost in a single week? not sure, maybe 4-5 lbs, but my body tends to hold onto weight for a few weeks and then I'll lose several lbs. at once.

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing?  77 lbs.

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight...

- stick with CC - logging my food intake has made all the difference for me.

- be committed to your exercise program and find ways to challenge yourself.

- anything in moderation is fine - you'll never stick with it if you feel deprived.

Gym 2.5 hours per day/5 days a week - 35 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes weight-training, 10 minutes calisthenics, 5 minutes on treadmill @ 3.0 mph, 5 minutes on treadmill @ 3.5 mph, 5 minutes on treadmill @ 4.0 mph, 3-minute cool down from 3.5 - 3.0 mph, 15 minutes hot tub, 30 minutes swimming, 15 minutes sauna, DONE! :D

6.) About How many calories do you eat a day? Around 1300. I LOVE to eat, and usually keep it CLEAN & HEALTHY, so I find it easy to keep it around 1300.

7.) What is the most you've lost in a single week? 7.9 pounds

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... DON'T starve yourself, DON'T eliminate any food groups, DON'T follow trend diets, DO focus on eating what makes you feel vital & alive, DO exercise on a regular basis, DO reward yourself with things other than food when you reach your goal (mine is a new car)!

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... Stop eating when you aren't hungry anymore no matter how much is still on your plate. No stuffing yourself! And jumping rope is awfully efficient.

5. 75 minutes of  cardio, 20 minutes of a full body stretch, 25 minutes of calisthenics(crunches-100, push-ups 50, etc), lifting light weights every other day. Work out 6 to 7 days a week.

6. 1,100 to 1,300 mostly. Sometimes I go over and eat 1,600!

7. Four pounds I believe. I lost 14 pounds in the month of October alone. Had cut calories for 3 weeks to 1,000 and under-jump start.

8. So far, 39 pounds.

9. Four little words: eat less, exercise more. And don't drink ALCOHOL, empty calories. Limit portions, eat lots of leafy green salads, be creative. Stay focused.

6.) About How many calories do you eat a day? it depends. usually around 1300 but sometimes 1200 and sometimes 2000.

7.) What is the most you've lost in a single week? 3 or 4 pounds (when I first started losing- water weight)

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing? 17.5 pounds

If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... not really I honestly eat whatever I want, even ice cream, but I measure it with a cup (ask me how my roommates reacted to that, haha) and make sure I take it into account and keep my weekly average around 1300/day....AND not stressing out about it because once I started calming down the weight came off faster.

4.) Goal Weight? 135/140, but as a short term goal, I'd like to get under 150 so I'm in the normal BMI range

5.) What is Your daily/weekly exercise? Weight machines 2-3 times/week and cardio 5/6 times a week.

6.) About How many calories do you eat a day? Maybe 1300ish? I don't count so much as eat regular low fat/high fiber meals and snack on fruits and vegetables all day. I eat more when I work out.

7.) What is the most you've lost in a single week? 3-4 pounds, but that seems to happen only when I start a diet

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing? I dieted earlier this year and lost 30 pounds (over the course of 6 months or so), but then gained 10 of it back. So now I've been dieting for a week and have lost 3 pounds.

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight:  I buy bags of mixed frozen veggies and steam them with those Ziploc steamer bags. I try to to eat a ton of veggies at the start of a meal, so that I feel satisfied when I'm done. And I mean A TON of veggies- I usually fill the ziploc bag to the most you're allowed to do. It's really fast and really cheap (though I do snack on fresh veggies and fruits throughout the day, too).

Weekly Excersice- None, haha maybe thats why I'm not getting great results. I only have PE in the morning which includes Swimming for 40 minutes once a week and running 8-10 laps also once a week

Cals-Its getting horrible because I'm on Winter Break, but normally around 1400

Most Lost in a Week-Probably about 5, but thats because I had just put on like 10 pounds

So Far- Since about July, I've lost 20 pounds, which was about my weight last year and it seems impossible to get below 168.

Idunno about veryyy- but in order to stop snacking I've clean almost every room in my house and have stopped taking anyyyy money to lunch because it is just too tempting

slow and steady works best... over restricting will backfire eventually

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... EXERCISE!! i lost this weight before but lost it too fast, by restricting my calories way too much. i didn't exercise while losing, either, and now i've gained everything back! trying to do it the right way this time.

5.) What is Your daily/weekly exercise? Weights MWF; 90 mins. Spin Class 75-90 mins T/Th. Run 8-10mi Sat. Rest Sun.  

6.) About How many calories do you eat a day? I was eating 1150-1300 but I was plateauing and I had amenorrhea. So I upped my cals last month. I now take in 500 cals less than my expendature daily (still plateau but got my period); so anywhere from 1500-1900 daily.

7.) What is the most you've lost in a single week? 5lbs (I think it was honestly muscle loss though... from eating too little bc I didn't look more defined... just thinner)

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing? From 210 to plateau at 175 for hella years, then 175 to 150 plateau for a year. Then within the last 18 mos 145 down to 136. Mainly lost inches...

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... Slow and steady... focus on nutrition, don't be afraid to try new things, go au natural (no pills, no drugs, no nada; cook good), listen to your body and watch your results... most importantly: stick to a program for at least 4-6 wks to get accurate results... otherwise you really can't say whether it's worked or not.

*Eat healthy foods and don't snack everyday!

*Exercise as much as possible!

*Brush your teeth after every meal, it helps (me) from snacking!

9. Hmm, I am on WW and calorie count. WW has taught me how to eat. Calorie count is great, but I was eating the wrong things for too many calories. WW has taught be to eat healthier foods. I LOVE VITATOPS for that chocolate fix! And I've also realized, you cannot deprive yourself of things you love. I love ice cream, and if I do not have it for a long time, I end up binging on it. So still have the things you love in moderation (or I just have nonfat ice cream!)

And exercise!

4.) Goal Weight? i'd like to be 112 but i'm not that bothered at the moment, i'm kind of maintaining

5.) What is Your daily/weekly exercise? i don't work out because of health reasons but i try and do gentle yoga and crunches etc to keep my muscles active

7.) What is the most you've lost in a single week? without restricting, probably 1.5lbs (but that would have been on less calories/more activity)

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing? i lost 54lbs from my highest weight, but then gained just over 20lbs back because i was underweight

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... don't be too restrictive or obsessive because it will just backfire, don't go under your goal weight, concentrate on what you CAN eat rather than what you can't, be as active as possible, stay positive!

3.) Weight? I've been avoiding the scales ceremoniously of recent, but somewhere between 147-152

4.) Goal Weight? in an ideal world, around 130, but I'd be happy with 140 at the moment!

5.) What is Your daily/weekly exercise? Its close season at the moment, so not much... I used to have EDNOS where one of my largest problems was the high amount of exercise I did on very little food, so I'm not meant to have a gym membership anymore :( I walk 4 miles a day, and try and incorporate 30 minutes of exercise into my day, but in reality I am not managing that at the moment

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing? From my highest? I've lost 22lbs - 15lbs of it was lost healthily, the other 7 through ednos.  However, I put on 14-16lbs through recoverym and have lost 2 of these pounds in this session of healthy eating.

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... Take it at your own pace! If you rush things, then chances are you're going to gain the weight straight back or take irrational measures to keep the weight off.

8.) How much have you lost since you started losing? 4kgs/8.8lbs and that's over 5 weeks

9.) If you have any VERY useful tips on losing weight... Exercise and moooore exercise... it not only helps you lose the weight and keep in shape but makes you feel great!! vary it.. don't stick to the same routines and exercise methods if you feel bored or unmotivated. Buy yourself some nice exercise clothes to get into the role! have a treat day every week - it's something to look forward to. I go to the movies with a big bag of lollies :P
