off to my wedding, honeymoon & extra partying here in there. i'll be reading NROLFW in between to keep me mentally motivated for when i get back. im actually leaving fri but so much to do, dont think i'll be writing too much, and im having to shorten my beloved workouts cuz i have to work late & do house/wedding stuff.

im sure ya'll be here still when im back. will be interested in hearing more techniques.

ok im back & pretty much out of shape. ok so i did have an amazing time. tried to keep active, even got padi scuba certified in hawaii. but i don't feel quite as comfortable in my body.

i know that eating healthy & exercising was doing wonders for me, but i didn't expect after a month of not really focusing on it, how bad i would feel. my energy/mood has been low, my stomach has not always been happy with some of my meal choices, i miss my serotonin/dopamine fixes i get from exercising. and if it wasn't for the 'honeymoon' i know my libido was affected. in short i just dont feel like myself.

and now im so tired from traveling thru different time zones and having to get straight back into work, i know i won't have the energy to get back into things until at least next week. im gonna try to go to the gym this evening but have lots of unpacking to do.

Congratulations!!  Wow - 1 month is a looooonnnnng honeymoon!
