Seeduction Bread

Quote  |  Reply
I am the proud owner of a yummy loaf of Seeduction bread from Whole Foods but...  I cannot find any nutritional information!!  It is all seeds and whole grains, so it must be good for me, but it also weighs a TON, so I am afraid that it will be super high in calories.  I have looked all over the web and can't find any info on it.  Does anyone happen to know anything about it's nutritional values?  Help!

The bakery where you bought it should have the info. I believe it's a government law or something.
