Seeking Accountibili-buddies!

Quote  |  Reply

Well hello there CCers.

I am looking for an accountibili-buddy. I -hate- exercise. So I need someone to motivate me.

I have no level of fitness right now. I do own an elliptical which gets sporadic use.

I am looking for someone who does not mind daily check ins and acountibility measurements.

Anyone is welcome, the more accountability the better. I would like to design a workout routine together so that we are doing the same things on the same days. Discussing frustration, motivation and difficulty with the same things.

EDIT** If you want to join us at any time feel free to start checking in with your workout frustrations and motivations.

Please list your personal fitness goals. I'll start.

Personal goals:

Run 2 miles

60 crunches in 2 min

30 pushups in 2 min

25 burpees in 2 minute.

30 eight count bodybuilders in 2 min.

continuous planks for 2 min.

Well I started back at it today.  Got up this morning and did the 30DS.  I did level 1 and is seemed alot harder than I remember.  It has only been 2 months since I did anything-I can't believe I lost so much.  I also did the treadmill for 30 mins.  I will try to go for a walk or do something this evening.

I did get on the scale this morning.  I guess you have to start somewhere.  So I was at 178 Cry.  That means I gained 10 pounds in 2 months.  I am hoping some is water and maybe TTOM coming soon!!!  I really have no excuse and I will actually log my weight.  I know I will be getting a thumbs down but I can only move forward.

I still feel a little bloated and my joints are still sore but I am finally feeling better and I'm tired of using it as an excuse to eat everything and not work out.!!!!!!!!!  Starting back slowly.  I think I streched out my stomache and I know this week will be hard.  I will be starving but will drink lots of water-chew gum when I know I should be full and I cut up a lot of veggies last night so I am set for the week.

Good job Emily-keep it up you will definately feel better once the smoking is done.  I have been quit for 2 months and 1 week.  I felt so much better on the treadmill-my legs actually hurt not my lungs.  Keep at it.  I don't know if it will help but I heard that chewing cinnamon gum or having cinnamon candy makes a cig taste bad, maybe that will help when you want to give in!!!???????

So here's to a better week.  Hoping next Monday my weight will be better and start going down.
