I seem to have sprung leak...or two.

Seriously, what gives?  I'm only 5 months along and already starting to get a little drippage from the chestular region.  I'm well-endowed, which I don't suppose helps, but I really didn't expect this to be going on this early.

Any of you ladies who have already gone through the baby game before want to share when your udders first became active?  I just had always heard that this wasn't normal until right before the baby comes (though I did read it happens to some unlucky women as early as 12-14 weeks).

It never happened to me when I was pregnant with both my boys but my friend got leakage from about five months when she was pregnant with her daughter!! She even had to wear breast pads they leaked so bad.. So I guess it is normal everyones body is different!!

I think I started producing colustrum around 22 weeks and LEAKING about 26 or 24 weeks-- like woke up soaked.  It was both gross and cool.  Wear some breast pads and try not to mess with it until toward the end.  Those last few weeks you can express-- both to store it and to help convince your body to go into labor.  Just check with the dr first....

I'm with Drea...around 22 weeks I was leaking, but I never ended up soaked...thank goodness! Breastpads work, but I always used a piece of papertowel (always on hand) because I wasn't leaking a lot...just enough to be an annoyance.

Yeah I noticed them leaking around 24 weeks. Like Kelleigh not enough to be soaked but enough to have to wash my bras after one wear. It's enough now though that I don't really let my partner touch them, much to his chagrin.

He says he doesn't mind getting squirted but that... seriously grosses me out. haha

I never thought about expressing it to start labor... Hmm at 38 weeks prego right now that doesn't sound like a bad idea. haha

starting around 26 weeks if I dreamt about the baby I'd wake up with the infamous circles. 

i stopped BF'ing when she was 6 weeks.  She's now 8 months.  And I just started leaking again.  WTH is THAT all about?!

Mine never stopped producing during the 4 years between my kids. They didn't LEAK but I could probably have relactated anytime with a little pumping.

I have pretty good control over my let-down reflex so I don't really leak often. I still can't bring myself to leave the house without nursing pads in, though.

bier-  no!!  in fact, it was a few days after i got over it?  I asked my mom and she freaked out and yelled at me for being pregnant again.  (Which I'm NOT) -  but what if I was?  sometimes she's so mean!!
