Are there any senior citizens out there?

Hi folks,  Just signed up this morning and have been searching for others in my situation...60 years old with weight to lose.  My main reason is to improve my health and of course shed these unwanted lbs.  When I was in my 30's and 40's is was easy to shed a few lbs. but now it's challenging.  I joined the YMCA in November and haven't seen the scales move.  I hope to find some motivation and suggestions here.

If you have any questions as you make  your way around CC, please feel free to ask!

I'm 65 - active; enjoy this site.  Visit my journals - I've made you a 'buddy', so now you can read them easily.  Diane - Nevada

I've met many interesting people here; we don't always talk 'food' - we learn about our hobbies; our professions - discuss 'our retired life', so it's fun.
