Hey everyone,
I wanted advise on foods that are good for sensitive stomach. If I dont eat enough bread or filling food during the day my stomach feels nauseous, sometimes to the point where I must take pepto bismol.
Unfortunately, unless I sit around eating 70 calorie slices of wheat bread every couple of hours..bread is too high in calories for my calorie diet for the amount that keeps my tummy happy.
Anyone know of any other good foods to eat that are good on tummies?
I find whenever my tummy is not feeling good... which is quite often... I revert to this meal my mommy (yes when my tummy hurts her name is mommy) made me when I had food poisoning a few times back in the day...
- Chicken Broth
- Cut up Chicken Pieces (Breast)
- Frozen Spinach
- Frozen Bell Peppers & Onions
- Chunky Pieces of Cabbage
*There is something in the chicken broth that really helps my tummy get better! Hopefully it will do the same for yours!
I find yogurt to soothe an upset tummy. The plain kind without any additives.
peppermint tea, and bananas are good for sensitive stomachs~erica
i find skim milk helps when my tummys upset, even though i cant drink it otherwise... id think veggies and fruits would help, carb-y things do my sore tummy wonders :)
Is this upset tummy all the time or just today? If it is only today everbody is correct with there opinions.
If not I would need to ask have you gotten checked because that would not be normal?
