September 12th - Weekly Weigh-in
Where did the week go?
It's that time for our weekly weigh in. September 12th Saturday weigh-in now open. Please use the following format when posting:
SW: 480.6 CW: 469.9 SAME: 0.0 TOTAL: 6.0 GOAL: 190.0 njakamarilyn ~ NJ/Norma Jean
We try to shoot for a Saturday Weigh In. But some report on Friday and some report on Sunday.
Remember the group requirements are that you commit to a weekly weigh in on Saturdays. If a member misses (3 weeks), then that member will be deleted. You can rejoin at anytime.

Hi I am new to this post,and was wondering what the SW and CW meant.?
I am gonna start with today.
My starting weight today is 315.
My goal is 160.
I know that I have a long way to go,and hopefully the support from this will help.

I'm an ED recoverer and weight gainer! I missed a couple weeks. College started up again, its my senior year, and I never realized how active I am just walking to and from class and working and studying!!! I know a lot of you are trying to lose weight and don't want to hear this, but I am really struggling to even maintain.
SW: 93
CW: 105
GW: 120 at least!!! (I want to be 110 by October 1 and 115 by November 1, then 120 by Winter break in December!!!)

I was 179 as per the scale yesterday.....I need to go get a digital one! LOL..... I think I'll do that so that my weigh ins will be more accurate. Anyway, still satisfied that the trend is downward!
Late again this week. I have gained weight! Yikes. Will have to work harder now.
