Do you guys tightly pack a 2 tbsp for the serving or just loosely pick it up with the tbsp scoop? The reason I ask is because the jar says 15 servings and I'm sure I only get like 12 or even fewer.
Spoons and 'servings' are not particularly accurate..... heaped, rounded, level... lots of room for interpretation and a big difference in calories. If you have a digital kitchen scale you could measure out a 20g serving and then you'd be better able to judge.

I do everything level just in case... since measuring some stuff on a scale isn't overly easy... like peanut butter for example. It sticks to everything.
To me, if it says tablespoon, that means level tablespoon. Otherwise, it would say heaping tablespoon. As far as peanut butter sticking to things, maybe try wax paper or Reynold's Release foil. That's all I buy anymore. Nothing sticks to it. Just a thought.

Wide flat butter knife is the key for that one.
Zero the scale with the knife then scoop PB with it and measure out the amount you want. Since the serving is so small it works quite well.

That would work, but I'm way too lazy for that. Two level tbsp is close enough.
