Set Body Weight?
So what does everyone think? Do our bodies have a body weight they just want to be at or feel healthy at?
I have been contemplating this as I try to lose these last 5-7 pounds. I will lose a couple pounds but find it will come back on VERY easily. I actually gained a couple pounds recently, but I kind of feel better. I don't know if it is in my head or if its the truth. I am just so determined to get down to a certain number, but I am thinking maybe my body just wants to be at this weight and I have to accept it. Maybe some people have a higher "set weight" compared to others with the same stats..
By the way..I am 23 F 5'6'' CW: 133, GW: 125-127
I'm just under 5'5 so I say I'm 5'5. 129lbs. That was the weight I was before I was put on meds that made me put on a lot of weight. I am having trouble getting below this. I have a small frame so I probably should go below this but my body wont let me, I'll probably only lose more weight if I stick to this for a few more weeks. I would want to be 120, possibly less (if wrist measurement = frame, I have a TINY frame.)
Yeah, it just gets hard to go past a certain weight! But I want to! We shall see. I guess sometimes we cannot control the weight loss. Good luck!
I would love to be 140, but my body seems to want to be 150. I would be perfectly happy with 145! Can we just agree to compromise? :)
