How do I set up my account so my friends can see my stats?

My friend told me she did this, but doesn't remember where she saw it.  I can't find it anywhere!  Please help!

so yeah, not sure if you CAN do this. i MUST be crazy... probably the LACK of calories.. lol anyway, now i can see your journal, and YOUR posts...  good enough for now.. LOL

I think I may have found a way to do this.  I just need to verify it with my friends that they can actually see more than just my journal and profile.   I posted the (temporary?) solution here:
