o and other than the workign out thing im a highschool student so i walk around a little bit monday-friday at school
When I wasn't sure what to put my activity level at was I logged everything (and I mean everything) I did for a couple days, saw what my general burn level was, then picked an activity level setting that put my burn meter around there.
