sexual activity vs. standing-talking on the phone

Ok... on this site I found that (vigorous) sexual activity only burns a little over 100 calories per hour?? But under miscellanious it says standing-talking burns like 125 per hour or something like that? hmmm... that doesn't make sense to me?

I rather do the sexual activity!

OMG..osh...U guys are funny.  I have to admit though I thought sexual activity burned way more calories then that..atleast that is what hubby has always told me..lol..and it gets rid of headaches, colds, etc.....Maybe he is wrong...lol...

Nope we can't posts pics of that workout that is for sure......Glad you mentioned that fact.  I agree Slappy I love logging it and it does make me smile.  My hubby just laughs, he thinks I am keeping track...and I will tease him by saying how long did it lasts.....or when we are finished I will tease him by telling him I need to go and log it....lol........
