Sexy Ugly Celebs?

I was just sitting here pondering this question (when I should be working)!

I think the top two on my list are:

Willem Dafoe

Adrien Brody

I forgot this actress, but saw her on the Academy Awards last night - Tilda Swinton.

Not a beauty but oozes sexuality, especially as the White Witch in "The Chronicles of Narnia".

I was just watching "Boston Legal" and thought of this one. There is something about James Spader on that show as Allen Shore that makes him sexy!!

Sarah Jessica Parker - I, personally, think she's gorgeous. She has a different look, and I like that. If she were just a normal person, I'm sure she would be considered sexy by the people who see her. We tend to judge celebrities for not being as outstandingly good looking as other celebrities.

Daniel Day-Lewis - He is an incredibly good looking actor, and that's sexy enough for me. His nose is crooked, and he's a bit old, but I don't mind.

Alec Baldwin- Now, I'm young, so I've never pictured him as the young, fit man he used to be. I've always seen him as pudgy and older, but he's definitely got a sexy smirk.

Andy Sandburg- He has a large nose. His teeth aren't perfect. I still think he's adorable. I have a thing for guys with humor.

Bill Hader- He tends to look like a creepy guy, especially in many SNL skits, but I've always found big eyes and dark eyebrows appealing.

I've had a similar theory about her too. Not that she's gorgeous, but that she's cute in a quirky sort of way. But we're so used to seeing especially attractive people in the media, with a certain conventional look. Especially in a romantic type of role as she had in "Sex & The City", where she's always involved with these men and romances...so people react as if she's monstrously ugly. But if she were some random person on the street they might find her average looking or maybe sort of cute, depending on tastes, and not really fixate so much about it.

Also I might add I found most of the men on "Sex & The City" to be average looking or maybe a bit unconventional, but no one ever remarks on that. No one's ever like "Why do Chris Noth's eyebrows look like two caterpillers crawled onto his face?" or anything like that.

Also, this will probably get me crucified by a horde of 13 year old girls, but hey, it is Ash Wednesday. I can't decide if I find Rob Pattinson cute or not. In some photos he's really attractive, but at some angles he looks a little weird.

Yeah, I have the same opinion as you.

I think both Alec Baldwin and John Travolta have true charisma - they were very adorable as young, thin men, and they STILL have charm even though they have aged and thickened up a bit.

I knew this was true about Travolta when he looked TERRIBLE in "Pulp Fiction" and yet was SO sexy - that man can move!

I've always had a thing for John Travolta too. I actually developed a crush on him when I was in 5th grade when I saw the movie "Broken Arrow." Ha Ha. He was one of the first celebrities I ever wrote to and got an autograph from. He can definitely dance even today and even when he's in drag wearing heels.

Littlegraycloud: I figured someone would make a comment like that about photoshop with Hilary and true some of it is photoshopped, but juding her body from "Million Dollar Baby," her body wasn't far off from the ads.

The issue over Hilary Swank reminds me of an episode of The Office.

In it, everyone is divided as to whether or not she's hot. People actually got up and would present pictures and give speeches trying to persuade the other side to give up.

On one side, people said she was beautiful, but she's not hot. I can see where they are coming from.

If you were to put her beside Drew Barrymore, I think it's easier to see. Hilary doesn't look very feminine. There are a lot of sharp angles on her face.

I'm not saying that she's ugly at all. I think shes very pretty. But as for if she's sexy? idk.  

Then again, I am a girl.. haha

You know every time I see something like this it takes me a minute to catch on "Oh the guy from Fight Club!" because sometimes they play Honeymooners reruns at night here, so that Ed Norton comes to mind.
