Shaky Legs after Hard Workout?
Greetings!
Last night I was doing level 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (1st time) and I pushed myself to my fullest, not beyond what I knew I could do (didn't want injury or feeling sick). After the workout, my legs/muscles were shaky. Is that ok and/or normal?
I get that sometimes when I push myself really hard. I figure it hasn't done anything to me so it must be normal :) You will just feel it the next day!
It's just muscle fatigue. I experience the same thing after weight-lifting.
Thanks guys! Just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything to be concerned about =)
Take a bit of a rest, have a healthy snack, and it should go away. If it doesn't - THEN you might want to be worried.
Pushing yourself is good!
Some soreness in your legs tomorrow is very probable, and would be perfectly normal and expected.
