share your ab routine with me
hi everyone,
there are a million "abs" threads on here, but i thought it'd be interesting to just see the ab routine that each individual does. let's go!
I'm about three kgs from seeing abs but:
On lifting days I warm up with situps to failure on the deep incline bench with fingers on nose, then I do my lifting which includes military press and heavy squatting.
On my gym (x2) cardio I start with situps to failure (I'm up to 30) with 20kgs of dumbells behind my head; then I do the death row by Tabitha; then hypers to failure (about 25) with 8kgs of dumbells behind my head; then after I finish my cardio; I do hanging knee lifts until I cans hang on no more.
thanks everyone for sharing! i didn't even really think about the impact of squats and things--but it completely makes sense to me now: a few months ago, i was taking a fitness class that had lots of lower body work and not much ab work, and i could definitely feel my midsection getting stronger.
