Anything by Mindless Self Indulgence. :D  Especially off their Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy album.

Cellulite: All the problems make me wanna go / like a bad girl, straight to video...

I have to agree. ;P

Move Along - All-American Rejects
Chop Suey - System Of A Down
Toxicity - System Of A Down
BYOB - System Of A Down
Mirrors - Envy On The Coast

Those get me going :D

I really like to listen to Borrowed Time by A Fine Frenzy when I'm cooling down or stretching. It relaxes me :)

cellulitedelight:  when I saw the thread title, your post is exactly what I wanted to say. How can that cd NOT give you energy?

I was just thinking about this today!  I have a lot of fave workout songs, but far and away #1 is "stronger" by Kanye West.  I'm not a huge Kanye fan, but nothing else can get me through the last 5 minutes of running.  Not only does it have a good, energizing beat, but the hook is very motivating "now that that don't kill me/can only make me stronger..."  :)

others: the pretender by foo fighters, paralyzer by finger eleven, hung up by madonna, want you bad by the offspring, this fire by franz ferdinand, breathe by prodigy...

Greenday songs usually have a good beat and get me running.

Poison the Well - Apathy is a Cold Body

Jimmy Eat World - The Authority Song

Have Heart - Bostons

System of a Down - Chop Suey

30 Seconds to Mars - The Kill

Underoath - A Moment Suspended in Time

Have Heart - No Roses, No Skies

Senses Fail - The Priest and the Matador

3OH!3 - Starstrukk

Anberlin - There is No Mathematics to Love and Loss

The Spill Canvas - The Tide

Alexisonfire - To a Friend

Coconut Records - West Coast

Britney Spears - What It's Like to Be Me

Finch - What It Is To Burn

Underoath - Young and Aspiring

Fighter- Christina Aguilera

Cause it makes me that much stronger / Makes me work a little bit harder

Hot n' Cold - Katy Perry

Original Post by aiming:

Fighter- Christina Aguilera

Cause it makes me that much stronger / Makes me work a little bit harder

Oh yes...I forgot that one!

ska works great on my new elliptical.. or any fun punk

For running, just about anything by Disturbed.

DON'T LAUGH!!!

My kids Camprock soundtrack.. or Disney Cds (cheetah girls, hannah montanna etc)

I don't have a carrier for my ipod so i run with theres... i love them. THey are really motivating uplifting songs.
