I'm somewhere in the second trimester.  Beyond that, I don't know a whole lot else about this parasite living in my uterus except that for the past 24 hours, it's been hurting.  Supposedly it's moved up to being just below my belly button, and I've been having a lot of constant pressure where my uterus used to be.  In addition to the throbbing back pain on the lower left side, I've also been having sharp, stabbing pains.  Those were, for a while, really low, like almost at the cooter opening low.  Within the past few hours they've moved up to around where this kid is supposedly lurking.

I go for my second-ever prenatal visit on Tuesday and I'm trying my damnedest to not freak myself out thinking it's dying in there and will fall out at random.  Google tells me it's probably the stretching of the ligaments, however their sharp stabbing pain is not where mine started.

There's been no sign of blood at all throughout the entire pregnancy, and I've been particularly careful at work (though radiology shot me a few times in the past two days).  The cramping and pains started completely out of nowhere.

I'm wondering if I should pester ER on my way in to work later or if I should just keep my mouth shut, take a Tylenol, and wait until Tuesday when I go to the doctors.

Words of wisdom would be spiffy.
