1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
2 tbsp Reduced Fat Creamy
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tablespoons Flax Meal
1 large Egg, White
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 packet Stevia

Recipe Directions for Shaun T's Oatmeal and Peanut Butter Ricotta Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

  2. Line pan with parchment paper.

  3. Mix everything together with a fork, pressing to mash ricotta cheese.

  4. Spoon 10 cookies onto pan.
