steroids.
Lots 'n' lots o' steroids.
Yuck. I don't find that attractive on a woman OR a man, for that matter. I will never understand why people do it, either!
Even her skin looks fake, did you notice? The whole thing is just creepy!

what do you think?
I think her dermatologist is about to get rich.
I don't want to look like this but I have a lot of respect for people who do because I know it takes extreme focus, dedication and discipline. Probably more than the people posting in this thread could ever have.
and it takes steroids, lots of steroids.
what about kristy hawkins then? is she clean? i think she is~ but then, what do i know.
safina 1, it should be easy to look like her......fake tan, fake nails, fake boobs, fake muscles, fake eyelashes, hair extentions, etc. I guess it's safe to say that she really isn't there, really. HA HA.
EEEEEK! She's scary! Make her go away.
It is near- no, IS- physically impossible for a woman to bulk up THAT much without some aid of a chemical compound. She may not be involved in heavy steroids, but it could be from testosterone supplements, Creotine, or 'muscle supplements' (Basically lo-dose steroids).
Granted, she probably works out a LOT (seeing as how body building is probably her career, it must ake up a large majority of her day), but chances of her getting THAT bulky naturally - or ANY female for that matter- is highly, highly, highly HIGHLY unlikely. You pretty much have to destroy your estrogen and progesterone levels to get that large.
Does any guy find that attractive??? or does she have a bodybuilder boyfriend??
Just ask Jen Heath. (Obnoxious Flash music warning!) Obviously, you need a strict adherence to your diet, a sensible workout schedule, and the usual kind of single-minded dedication that any high-level athlete has, and an Optimized Figure Training program ( Part II: Optimal Training - still waiting on part III) but it's achievable. 'Course you do need to be a bit obsessed to compete at the pro level, but that's true of any competitive athlete.
If you know what you're doing, you don't work out more than 1-2 hours a day at most, with 1 being the norm.
If you look closer at her, she's not actually bulked up to any great degree, she's just posing in a way that agressively emphasises her muscles. Depending on the federation she competes in, this could be good or bad, the IFBB rewards a more muscular appearance than the IPC for example. (And to my mind at least, she looks good. Whoever applied sheen/oil to her overdid it, but that's not her fault!)
