Yeah, the cowboy thing is totally not mine, as in appearing like, rather than dating, since I'm straight.  Too old fashioned and masculine...

GWB ruined the cowboy image for me, sadly.

I&W, you have no idea what I am "looking for" in a guy and I'd appreciate it if you didn't assume you do based on what I found attractive in a couple of guys on any given night out.

BB (who I am actually seeing) is nothing like any of those.

Despite what you may think about my choice in guys very little of it was due to them being "bigger than me" and a "protector".  Hell, everybody's bigger than me.  If I've gotta look for a guy who's not I'm going to be looking a hell of a long time.

grunge/metal guy had an absolutely awesome jaw-line, great teeth and incredible piercing eyes.  Not to mention a couple of really cool tattoos.  The clean cut boy, had a terrific smile and marine guy he just had something about him.

Really??  Come to California, Jules, let me show you the wonders of the real cowboy... his lovely bluejeans... his Stetson...

They don't all wear pointy boots.  Ropers look better, and they're generally round-toed.  Some wear workboots; much hotter.

you get real cowboys in cali? hehe i always forget how huge cali is. i always just think laguna beach and LA types. guess it's kinda like how when people hear CT they picture prep schools and people named chadwick and buffy
