Sheppard's Pie Recipe

Makes 8 servings


Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
6 medium potatoes (mashed)
1 medium onion (diced)
10 ounce cream of mushroom soup
12 ounce kernal corn
Directions
  1. Fry hamburger meat and diced onion.

  2. Add half can of cream of mushroom soup and spread into bottom of 9 X 14 caserole pan.

  3. Sprinkle Kernal corn over meat mixture.

  4. Boil potatoes and mash. Add remaining half of cream of mushroom soup to mashed potatoes. Spread potatoes over meat and corn.

  5. Bake in oven until potatoes begin to brown.
