Any Shift workers out there!??

So today is the start of my new healthy eating lifestyle, im giving up alcohol until xmas to aid the weight loss!! I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for shift workers? i work permanent nightshift so as you can imagine it's pretty hard to eat normally, i don't have any form of breakfast as i get up at 3pm, then i have my dinner at 5pm, then my lunch at 2am! its so random!!

 

Would appreciate any help!
