Its possible but it probably involved a lot of one on one exercise with a personal trainer and cutting a lot of calories. So it would be very hard for her or for anyone to keep it off. Especially if you are already slim.

I am on that diet right now...the 5 factor diet.  I really like it, but there are A LOT of complaints on the website.  I don't know how she managed to loose 20 pounds in two months, because the program is based on just eating around 1400-1500 cals/day (for someone like me, who is 5'3 and 140) and working out only 5 days a week for ONLY 25 minutes.  I like it because I am athletic and strong but my failing has always been my nutrition.  I now realise that nutrition is key and not working out like mad.  I have been injuring my body this way.  Also, I am totally toning up everywhere and this program really works your abs.  It is not for everyone, but I am very satisfied, as long as I follow the program and not derail.
she went on the 5 factor diet.. google it and see.. its not a real "fad" diet because it does teach you how to eat healthy without cutting any of the food groups :)
I have to wonder if she rapidly gained a bit of weight first.   But with a personal trainer and nutritionalist, you can push beyond the 1-2lb per week safe weight loss guideline.
