Chocolate, Yoghurts, Soy milk, dates, prunes apricots, oats, bbread, oj, honey, evoo, hummus, avocadoes, salad, chicken, potatoes brown rice, soya milkshakes, raisins, nuts, pears, kiwis, apples, and nut butters. ;-)
Yogurt, soy milk, Chai green tea, organic juices, oatmeal, Kashi GoLEAN Crunch!, Peanut Butter Puffins, Ezekiel english muffins and tortillas, Amy's products, chicken, eggs, potatoes, brown rice, bananas (!), peaches, frozen strawberries, baby spinach, tomatoes, corn, baby carrots, cucumber, onion, BBQ sauce, honey, raisins, nuts (especially almonds and pistachios) and nut butters, and bars (Lara, Clif/Luna, Kashi, etc.).
Those are the things I find myself purchase/go through most often.
tons and tons and tons of greek yogurt and cottage cheese!!! 2%, which is better than fat free, but still not where i should be. :(
soy meat- boca burers, morningstar burgers (generally more fat, yay!), soy ham, quorn chicken products...
eggs and more eggs and more eggs.
milk. i now drink only 2%, not soy milk or almond milk. (although they contain fat they're still ed foods.)
bars (every kind ever made, pretty much. so easy to eat in class.)
bread, which i change up every time to avoid creating a new comfort food. whole wheat, white, flavored, high and low fiber, high and medium calorie, bagels, tortillas, english muffins, etc.
cheese- 2% cheese but i'm also eating the real stuff now, too. it helps to try fun new things like goat cheese, feta cheese, parmesean, baybell, etc. hehe.
i've cut waaaay back on fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, cereal, protein powder, and boca burgers (woo-hoo!). my cart includes real butter, regular ice cream, white pasta, dried fruit... but the ones i already mentioned are pretty much guaranteed every week. :)
my mumma does most of the shopping but the things i regularly find myself buying are;
protein bars, icecream, vanilla yoghurt, muesli, oats, tuna, english muffins, hummus, LC cheese, ham, wraps and soup
Bread flour and yeast - I make my own loaves.
Meusli
Soya yoghurts and soya milk
Fruit and veggies
Chicken, mackerel, salmon, quorn
Cereal bars
Dried fruits
Butter
Eggs
Peppermint tea
Italian tomatoes
I could go on but I'm sure you get the picture!
Apples, bananas, strawberries assorted dried fruits (usually dried figs/cherries or raisins)
Granola, oats (and in winter, shredded wheat and multigrain hot cereal)
FF greek yogurt (plain/vanilla)
Vanilla and chocolate soy milk
Cottage cheese
Nut butters and Nutella
Wheat bread and wraps
Hummus, tofu, almonds, walnuts
Avocadoes, frozen veggies, fresh tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, romaine
Larabars, dark chocolate, coconut flakes, chocolate syrup
**** question but I always get confused - does FF stand for Full Fat or Fat Free?

i guess it can count for both althogh i usually refer to low fat as ff
i want a larabar :(
FF means fat free. I don't think it ever is used to refer to full-fat products on the cc boards!
I always thought it could be either or. I buy both though haha. Depends on what I can find at the store since they don't always have full fat.
I totally and completely love grocery shopping! Call me crazy...
Cereal - Jordan's, Kashi GLC, Natures Path and Quaker. I freaking LOVE my cereal!
Dairy - Fortified soy milk, Yoghurt (recently been addicted to Liberte...if you haven't tried it, try it! It's SO good!).
Tofu - Dad's a veg and I'm kinda/sorta getting there (can't get off my seafoood), so we get lots of Extra Firm tofu. Also, Yves Veggie Turkey.
Bars - I've recently been making my own Larabars to save $$, but I gotta have my Clif Bars.
Fresh Fruits + Veg - Gotta have it.
Peanut/Almond Butter - Need I say more?
some new items i just bought today (in bulk!) that will become regulars:
-macadamia nuts, much more fat/serving than peanuts or almonds!
-chewy chocolate granola bars
-tortillas at 210 calories each, woo!
-dark chocolate miniatures, mmm...
-soft oatmeal cookies to make cream cheese sandwiches with
also i looked at fancy nut butters! too expensive for me, but they gave me some ieas. i'm going to mix cocoa powder in peanut butter, starbucks instant coffee (dunno how this will turn out), and cinnamon sugar. yum yum.
yay new fear foods on the list! :)

You must be my clone or something! Your shopping basket looks like it has a lot of my favourite goodies: Larabars, Clif bars, Kashi GLC, Natures Path, and Liberte yogurt is the only yogurt I buy! Also I noticed on the menu thread you posting about PitaBreaks OneBun - I love those!
Sorry about this post - just caught my eye!
