What are your shopping list must haves?
What do you find yourself buying on a regular basis?
I always have to have my All bran, skim milk, bananas, wholegrain bread, bagels, chicken breast, wholegrain rice, pineapple, sweet potato, tuna, cod and then I'm pretty much good to go! Oh, and not forgetting my snacks! (Weight watchers double choc cakes, special K bites and plenty of snack-a-jacks.) XD
Reason: Released as sticky
Canned, chopped tomatoes. I get through hundreds of them....
eggs... for the egg whites, apples, bread rolls, tvaroh which is cottage cheese, tomatos, frozen spinich, bags of mixed frozen vegs, carrots, horesraddish and cookies. I can live on those foods alone.
Plain yogurt, eggs/egg whites, 1% cottage cheese, bell peppers, baby spinach, onions, baby carrots, broccoli, red chard, organic apples & pears, bananas, yams, Silk Light soy milk, some kind of whole grain bread (English muffins, bagel, loaf of bread, etc), canned beans (chickpeas, black, kidney, etc), canned tuna and meats (chicken breasts, turkey breasts, salmon, halibut), tofu.
Things that I don't buy every week but they're always in my pantry: canned pumpkin, oat bran, steel cut oats, whole wheat flour, honey, quinoa, brown rice, other whole grains (bulgar, millet, kasha), canned tomatoes (no salt), apple butter, natural peanut butter, nuts & seeds (almonds, cashews, walnut, sunflower, pumpkin, ground flax).
