Recipe Ingredients for Shortcrust pastry

150 grams all purpose flour
50 grams becel light margarine
1 water
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Shortcrust pastry

  1. Process the flour, salt and light margarine in the food processor til like breadcrumbs.

  2. Add cold water a tbsp at a time til gathered into a dough.

  3. Wrap in plastic or greaseproof for 30 mins in the fridge.

  4. Roll out as desired using the absolute minimum of flour to prevent sticking
