This group is for those who consider themselves "shorties" and want to set weekly challenges for weight loss. Like the group name, we will all set "short-term" goals by the week. There should be a long-term goal at the end of the tunnel, but let's take some baby steps!
...Which shouldn't be that hard because of our short legs! tee-hee!

Weekly weigh-ins are on Mondays.
This will go for however many weeks it takes for everyone to reach their goals. Whether you need to lose 150 or 5 pounds, this group is for you!
