I want to lose 10lbs asap. i am 5,3, 31 med frame and 135. waist 28, chest 32 hios 36.

I need motivation so lets do it together.

Current weight: 122.2 lbs.  (Woo hoo! finally gone down)

Start weight: 126 lbs

Goal weight: 112 then onto 104

chest across biggest bit: 34.5 (lost 1.5 inches)

waist: 27.5 (lost half an inch)

hips: 36 (lost 2 inches)

upper thigh: 21 (lost an inch)

Today 109.5

1 1/2 lbs from goal weight!  I had a great workout Saturday with a trainer, but I have also been on a major chocolate binge, I went to See's candy, my favorite.

Unfortunately this week I've gone back up again :(  Serves me right really, all I've eaten all week is rubbish.

Weight today: 123.4 lbs

 

 

I missed last week due to a vacation.  Ate a lot of sugar and salty foods, totally ate whatever I wanted.  I expected to have done serious damage to my progress but it wasn't as bad as I thought.

Today-117 lbs. up a little from 115.5 lbs two weeks ago.

109, woo hoo!  1 lb from my goal.

SW 124 which went to 128 with increased calorie intake so ...

SW 128

CW 120.8!

GW 115 but would settle for 118

Really hope to break into the teens by September but.... we'll see - it sure does come off VERY slowly
