Shoulders aren't meant to click... right?
My Arms are clicking a sickening amount! Especially my shoulders.
My elbows click occasionally anyway but even they are clicking more now!
Is there something wrong with my joints or is it because i've lost a couple of pounds (Literally, only 2 pounds)?
Does anyone else get really clicky joints for no apparent reason?
I hate it when my shoulders click particularly.
Its a terrible noise and it feels strange.
Anyone else with this problem?

My shoulders do that all the time, swimming is a really disgusting sound. One doctor told me that if it doesn't hurt then there isn't an issue. Well now they hurt, and when I went back to another doctor he gave me some exercises to strenghthen my shoulders with. But I haven't kept up with them to say if it helps or not. It is really just something I have been living with. But if you have any pain from it get to the doc it could be an issue
Some people just have noisy joints. It is often just the parts of the joints sliding past each other. I have the noisiest joints- even my sternum (chest bone) makes a cracking sound from time to time, and I am a yoga teacher! Make sure you have a healthy amount of good fats in your diet, and if it doesn't hurt, try not to worry about it.
My shoulders are the worst! I was a softball pitcher so I've always blamed it on that. also I went to a chiropracter a lot when I was younger and now my back cracks and pops very easily. I have been told the same thing, that unless it hurts, it is normal. mention it to your doctor at your next physical just in case. I'm sure its no big deal!
When I was doing strength training regularly, I noticed at first that whenver I did the shoulder exercises they would pop like crazy, but after I'd been doing it a while, it practically stopped. You could try working on your arm and shoulder muscles and see if that helps?
I'm falling a part. It's arthur. Knees, shoulder started, ankles.
if something clicks but doesn't hurt, it's ok.
if it hurts, stop doing it and/or see your doctor.

It's normal for our body to click and pop. It's when your joints get air in the area, then forces it out, like pushing on an opened snapple cap.
If it annoys you, I'd get it checked out by a Chiropractor.

My elbows crack, my fingers do, my neck does since my car crash and my spine cracks back into place at night. Never hurts, but releases pressure.
I would see a good massage therapist who knows what they're doing. I don't know if this works for everyone but my massage therapist insisted I eat a banana a day for my clicking jaw (which started out just clicking but then started hurting and sticking) and it made a huge difference. He also got me to do some stretches and things and he massaged my sides and feet and stuff, I don't understand it but my jaw is tons better after I see him.
