30 Day Shred Calories and buddy??
hey all,
I have been doing the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga, and after reading all the raves about the 30 day shred I decided to try that. I have had it for 2 weeks, but just got around to trying it this afternoon (i know, i know). I am planning on doing it everyday for the next 30 days.
I am wondering 2 things....
Anyone want to start the shred in the next couple days and be my 30 day shred buddy? We can check in daily for motivation and track our results. I don't care if you have around the same stats as me, but just so you know I am 24, 180lbs, 5'5. My goal weight is 140-150, and right now I am shooting for the 150.
Secondly, how many calories do you think you burn doing this workout. Right now I am on level one, but plan to go to level 2 and then 3 when I feel comfortable. How do you log the calories burned?

Last5~ I definitely feel your frustration.
I lost another four-ish pounds and have hit a plateau, which is understandable. I started out around the 185 mark, and have lost 18ish pounds (depending on what day you weigh me), and my weight only moves around the same three numbers now, getting close to 167 but never quite reaching it. It's just really frustrating after a month like last month where I lost 14 lbs., only to lose a few...and now...nothing. It is just irritating.
On top of this, I have a MASSIVE sinus infection that clogs my ears up if I swallow, so I cannot cook (I can't smell when my food is done or properly seasoned - I have never been one to use a timer or actual measurements outside of baking), which is driving me up a wall.
I also have not been exercising since the sinues got infected. Feeling like death slows you down in that regard. ![]()
I'm hoping to take off a few more pounds shortly here once I start exercising again, I go to NYC for my birthday next week!!
I am with everyone else. I have just been eaten up with school and work. It is SO hot here!!! We have temperatures over 100 every day. When I go outside, it is like stepping into an over. Monday there was no breeze and the heat was just oppressive. I have no energy to do anything.
I have been walking, but not much and not far. Finally kicked myself in the rear last night and went to the gym for an hour on the elliptical. It was tough!
Maybe this week will be better.
