30day shred 1 & 2 (combine for one work out) Anyone do both consecutively?

I have done the 30day shred level one via on demand.  They also have level 2 listed.  I find the 20 min work out isn't enough for me.  It's tough don't get me wrong, but a little light on abs.  I usually do this as well as some other work out.  I have been liking Jillian's Boost Metabolism that's almost an hour.  Still hard, but I get through it, knowing i got throught it the time before.

In order to keep my workout fresh and hit various muscles I am always looking to change up.  I was thinking about combining level 1 & 2 (I haven't done 2yet, I assume it's similar to 1 maybe a bit harder).  I would only do the first warm up and one cool down (I'd ff between to get close to seemless).  I think the two would be pretty kick ****?

Anyone do both consecutively? What did you think?

I do!  I did level one on its own until I got to day 7 or 8 and it wasn't much of a challenge anymore.  Now I do level one and two consecutively, like you said.  I'm only on day 3 of doing that, but it's fairly good.  All of level one is like an extended warmup now--well, I'm sweating like crazy at the end and some of the moves are very challenging when you put a lot of effort into having perfect form.  Level 2 is a lot harder, but like level one, after 3 days it starts to get easier.

I sometimes skip the level one cooldown but I always do the level 2 warmup because I just need a small breather between the two levels, otherwise my heart rate is too high and I need to rest too often during the circuits themselves.

I think tomorrow I'm going to try the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, but I'm also going to do level 2 of the shred, because I think it's important to keep in some of the strength exercises because I really want to keep muscle mass while I'm dieting. After that, I will probably die.

Wow you are good...... i can't even get thru level 1!!!!!Surprised

I did one and two for the first time this week, and will probably do again.  I am tired after just one level but wanted to use more calories tnan what you use in just one level.  I felt it in my legs and shoulders the next day but was still able to do a run, so not bad.
