im trying to lose the last 5 pounds (12 pounds down) could i achieve that with the 30 day shred? my stats are:

weight:115

height:5'1"

Hi Ashley, i too have only 7lb to lose, i have worked out at the gym on cardio 5 days a week and doing weights twice a week, i heard so many good lines on this 30 day shred so i thought i would try it even though its hard to buy in the uk but i managed to purchase it in the end. OMG i thought  i was fit like running on the treadmill for 1 hour, this beats it big style, i am only on level 1 and boy it takes the s---- out of me.  Got on the scales today after 10 days and i have lost 2lb without dieting.  This is an amazing workout that takes out all of your energy in 20 mins FORGET THE GYM GAL!

how many cals did you eat?

I dont do cals to be honest just eat 3 to 4 square meals aday with all the low fat princapal, and alcohlol once a week.

 

have you noticed any inches lost?
