I just started doing the 30-day shred DVD yesterday. I was wondering if anyone had good results from this. I am a little sore today. I am trying to incorporate it into my workout routine, I am not doing it by itself. Is that helpful as well. I dont think I would burn enough calories just doing the dvd everyday. Let me know!
Bumpitybump! I want to know as well. Right now I walk my dog 1-3 miles a day and do pilates and/or yoga 3-4 days a week. This sounds like a great way to mix it up and the "20 minute" factor is very tempting.
I have done and continue to do the 30 day shred. I have lost 32 lbs since March. I also do Yoga for 20 mins. I walk 3-4 times a week(6 miles). I have a love/hate thing with the "Shred". I have to say I am pretty well toned. I started with 3 lb weights and now switch it with 5 & 8 lbs. When I don't feel 'really into it" I'll go back & do Level 1. Otherwise I alternate between 2-3. Congrats, Snowlady. That is impressive. I love following videos becuase then I do not have to Think about what to do and how long to do it. Sometimes it is so easy, when your muscles are feeling it, to just say, "oh, that's enough of that." Having those people on the video push it, helps me be more realistic about how hard I am working on those days I'm feeling lazy.
