Recipe Ingredients for Shredded Pork Quesadillas

2 Life Balance tortillas
2 cups pork shoulder
1 cup taco cheese
1 onion
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Shredded Pork Quesadillas

  1. Slice onion and put into a frying pan with a bit of oil until soft.

  2. Add left over pork to warm up

  3. Set quesadilla maker.

  4. Put pork and onion into tortilla and cover with cheese

  5. Cook in quesadilla maker until tortillas are brown and cheese is melted
