Sauteed shrimp in olive oil and garlic, tossed with lemon and parsely, salt and pepper
| 1 1/2 | lb shrimp |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 3 | cloves garlic |
| 1/3 | cup lemon juice |
| 1/4 | cup parsley |
- heat olive oil
- add garlic for one minute
- add shrimp, stirring occasionally 5-7 minutes
- toss with lemon juice and parsely
- season with salt and pepper
