Shrimp with Lemon and Garlic Recipe

Sauteed shrimp in olive oil and garlic, tossed with lemon and parsely, salt and pepper

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley
Directions
  1. heat olive oil

  2. add garlic for one minute

  3. add shrimp, stirring occasionally 5-7 minutes

  4. toss with lemon juice and parsely

  5. season with salt and pepper
