Great stir fry and shrimp dish!
| 1 | pound shrimp |
| 8 | oz chinese noodles |
| 1/2 | cup onion |
| 1/2 | cup celery |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 8 | oz of snow peas |
| 6 | tbs sesame oil |
| 4 | tbs soy sauce |
| 2 | tsp cooking wine |
| 1/2 | tsp sugar |
| 2 | tsp cornstarch |
- cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Drain water and add 3 Tbs of sesame oil, put aside.
- Meanwhile grate celery(about 3-4 stalks). Slice 2 inch thin salks of green onion (makes it pretty!)
- Peel shrimp and coat with cornstarch (2 tsp=6 tsp of water).
- Meanwhile, add 3 Tbs of sesame oil to frying pan and fry noodles until most are crisp depending on taste.
- Add snow peas, onions, celery, shrimp and *sauce, cook until tender
- *sauce; 4 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp sugar.
