Shrimp Roll-Ups Recipe

shrimp rolled up in tortillas

Ingredients
16 oz Fat Free Cream cheese
1/2 cup Ketchup (compliments)
1/2 lemon juice
12 oz canned shrimp (2 cans)
1/2 cup Crystal farms fat free mozzar
2 stalks celery
5 green onions
8 10" flour tortillas
1 1/2 cup Ketchup
Directions
  1. Soften cream cheese. Add horseradish to ketchup to make cocktail sauce. Juice the lemon. Chop shrimp, but do not drain. Chop celery and green onions.

  2. Microwave the cream cheese for 30-45 seconds. Mix the cream cheese, cocktail sauce and lemon together, until well-blended.

  3. Spread about 1/2 cup of the mixture onto each tortilla, and roll up tightly. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight, for flavors to meld. Slice rolls into thirds, using a serrated knife and wiping often while cutting.

  4. Serve with a bowl of cocktail sauce, for dipping
