Shrimp Scampi with Bowtie Pasta Recipe

My family loves this recipe!! I have also used angel hair spread adds 60 calories 1 g fat 60mg sodium Dont kmow if it is still a B+ with the added spread Makes 7 cups about 1 1/4 Cup per serving calories 535 sodium 417mg

Ingredients
12 oz pasta
12 oz shrimp, cooked, frozen, peeled,deveined, tails removed
4 oz olive oil
4 oz smart balance spread (instead of butter)
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz parmesan cheese, grated
2 oz bread crumbs
1 oz garlic, minced
1 oz basil leaves, chopped (optional)

Directions
  1. Boil water for pasta, add pasta to boiling water

  2. Meanwhile in large electric skillet on low heat add olive oil, spread, garlic, lemon juice, shrimp and cheese

  3. Stir and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes till flavors meld

  4. Add bread crumbs and basil, stir

  5. Drain and rinse pasta-return to pan

  6. Add scampi to pasta, toss to mix

  7. Serve and enjoy!
